Here it is March 2nd and we have another big snow storm.
Even though we have had 3 months of snow, we still are in awe at the beauty of the snow.
So fluffy it looks like cotton on the bushes.
Notice how the birds are fighting over the feeder.
Unfortunately the doves don't fit on the feeder, so they wait for the smaller birds to knock seed out on the ground.
Our North Carolina state bird in all his glory.
His spouse waits in a nearby shrub.
"Hey, get off the feeder! It's my turn!"
So much seed, so few openings to get to it!
This was taken about 1 PM, but it has snowed steadily ever since.
Will these trees ever see spring?????

Those are wonderful pictures!! I am in amazement that you all are still recieving this much snow! Its like you live in Cleveland or something. One year it snowed on my birthday when we lived in New York, I mean it was a freak of nature, but it happened. It sounds like you all are having one of those years! I love the Bennett st sign! Enjoy the snow it is beautiful! One day soon it will be gone and you will have little buds on those trees.
